Kajabi has been a game-changer, and honestly without it in my life, I would still be struggling to duct-tape a bunch of different tech together.

2. Canva

This is a design tool for non-graphic designers. If you need beautifully designed templates for presentations or Instagram Stories - Canva has your back. It's easy to use, and offers a free version and a mobile app to create on-the-go.

3. Haute Stock

Ooooh this site! It's curated, styled drool-worthy photographs and design templates to use when you don't have the time or money to organise a photoshoot of your own. The images are nothing like other stock photo sites - they look natural and personal. This tool is paid, but it's worth it.

4. Unsplash

Clean and beautifully simple. I am in love with PLANOLY to organise my social media content and calendar. It's super easy to use, with a drag and drop Instagram Grid to always give you an overview of your feed look and feel.

6. Quickbooks

I definitely took my time, asking around, about a tool that would basically do as much finance admin for me as possible for me. This tool helps me create and send branded invoices quickly and easily, keep track of over due invoices and taxes. You know, all the important money stuff. 

7. G-Suite

I use G-suite for my custom email domain ([email protected]) - the good thing  is that looks and works the same way as gmail, so there were no learning curves like other custom email hosts. You can create custom emails for multiple members of your team or if you need a different email like a customer support email address.
